Document Controller will have the ownership of documentation exchange with Customer in respect of both Quality and On Time Delivery requirements, being the direct interface of Customers Document Controller and providing to the alignment of GE OG Vendor Documentation Register with Customer Supplier Documentation List. Essential Responsibilities The TM Project & System Engineer - Lead Document Controller will: Define VDR documentation coding exchange protocol and all aspects linked to customers’ project documentation at project opening, and all aspect will have to be formalized into a dedicated job procedure; Assure that VDR documentation sent to customer is in accordance to Customer Quality requirements in terms of Doc Nameplate / Coversheet / Documentation coding; Assure OTD for send/ return registration of VDR documentation; Manage/Learn/Leverage Customer IM tools to exchange documentation, in accordance to Customer expectations and Quality Requirements; Manage VDR Mail Box/ Project folder on GENP Collaboration Tool; Assure alignment between Customer VDR and GE VDR ( including RCAs) by dedicated meeting/call with Customers’ Representative; Support Project Engineering in VDR data management and periodic B.O. report extraction and analysis; Perform Comment and Exceptions and e ...
