The Project Quality Manager (PQM) is responsible for ensuring that the contractual quality requirements (in terms of inspection notification, execution, documentation collection, NON-Eng documents issue and raise non-conformity) are compliant with scope of supply. To ensure this requisition, he/she will work in collaboration with all Functions involved in the processes, timely managing them and learning from past experiences. Essential Responsibilities The Technology Services Project Quality Manager will: Cooperate with Project Managers for the preparation of the project quality plan; Ensure that Non – Eng documentation are issued to the customer as scheduled; Analyze contractual specification and support the Project Engineer on Quality Control Plan preparation, highlighting critical issues that might have impact on business; Analyze inspection progress and identify preventive action when the information is missing; Prepare the Inspection Activities Plan and update progresses; Convey and participate in periodical meetings with the Project Team members and relevant Managers whenever a deviation is recorded, taking the necessary corrective actions; Ensure that the documentation concerning the procedures for inspections, tests or certifications required beyond the Contract, is iss ...
