Essential Responsibilities The Technlogy Services Senior Project Manager will: Lead Execution of the Project in terms of all contractual obligations (i.e.full compliance with contractual scope of supply, timely delivery and quality requirements, as well as achievement of the expected profitability and complete Customer satisfaction); Represent the Company with the Customer, develop enduring and fruitful relations; Play a proactive role in problems prevention during the Project life cycle by highlighting areas of concern, and promptly driving other departments in mitigating potential issues; Translate Customer needs/requirements into detailed Project plans shared with Company Functions involved and drive the internal organization to meet the targets; Manage cross-functional and global Teams. Qualifications/Requirements BS Engineering – Mechanical/Aeronautical/Industrial preferred At least 5 years experience as Project Manager (also as Project Engineer if from Oil&Gas Company); Fluent Italian and English; Customer Centric behavior and able to deal with complex Customers needs and issues; Willing to meet challenging requirements; Strive for achieving Project goals and Customer satisfaction; Passion for the work "well done first time", intellectual rigor and professional discipline ...
