The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree level and will be a skilled salesperson with 3to5 years of system administration experience, working with Unix/Windows environment. The candidate will also ideally have knowledge and experience of enterprise data storage market.   The Role   -         Be the dedicated post-sales point of contact for assigned customers -         Be the interface between the customer and our company (Support, Logistics, Engineering, and Sales). -         Represent the customers' needs as an internal advocate -         Have a deep understanding of the customer's environments, workflows, and business processes -         Build a strong, personal long-term partnership with the customer so as to mitigate issues before they arise (effectively becoming a virtual part of the customer's team) -         Provide proactive management for all technical and business issues -         Provide information proactively, such as weekly status reports, biweekly account calls, monthly/quarterly onsite visits The Person   The Candidate -         Proven experience in account management, sales and/or technical/pre-sales-related experience in  International ICT Vendor -         Strong negotiation skills -         A track record of suc ...
