GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.The Control Lead Engineer is responsible for the projects execution, driving the quality excellence and customer satisfaction.   The Control Lead Engineer will: Execute the Control system project as unique entry-point for the customer, starting from the ITO phase (Inquiry to Order) to machine commissioning and start-up; Guide the customer during the control system process execution and detailed interfaces definition between all the plant systems as well as DCS,PCS, MCC,ESD; Execute the control system design starting from the basic requirements, by supporting the P&Is and Hazop meetings; Improve and define the control system strategies for both process and machine train, supporting the dynamic simulator design; Perform service technical solutions based on customer needs, proposing too the new innovative controls by simplifying the overall system; Coordinate global resources for engineering activities development, providing constructive technical growth feedbacks; Guide the UCS -testing phase using dynamic simulator.
