            Your Opportunity   The key account manager will manage the customer relationship in the various phases of the product life cycle and support operational tasks with the other BUA departments involved (operations, quality..). Will also collaborate with the Sales Manager in business development , RFI/RFQ phases, project management and mass production as well as aftermarket sales. Account management for Fiat Group, IVECO, Magneti Marelli, for existing and new business. Your main tasks will be: • Support partnership activities • Account management existing business (Carlink over all Brands and regions) • Marketing and operations support for the above • Support of VP2 introduction in 2013 • Support of all Chrysler activities / launches / operational questions • Proactive contribution to Geo-expansion (strategy on Brazil, China, India) • Activity with Magneti Marelli (Carlink, new VP demonstrator,,) • Build / Maintain relationships in the Fiat Group • Develop and focus existing relationships with the Customer at all levels, with the focus on Parts&Services, IVECO and Magneti Marelli Aftermarket & OEM • Be the link between the Customers and the following departments: Customer Care (via marketing or if necessary directly), Operations including NPI, Q ...
