Essential Responsibilities The Global Operations Project Manager will: Manage the execution of complex projects involving gas turbine, steam turbine, generator and BOP upgrades. Be the Site Manager coordinating activities between GE businesses and the customer. Act as site leader for all GE activities, manage and direct field personnel Focal point to the customer and advocate to improve fulfillment Effectively manage customer communication and contract deliverables Define and deliver project execution plans,manage project schedule, control/mitigate risks Manage project execution financials (sales, operating margin, receivables) Drive customer issue resolution Actively participate in Lean initiatives to improve/simplify project execution Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree (or equivalent) in technical discipline Minimum of 6 years of field engineering experience Ability and willingness to travel as required To be resident on site for the duration of site activities Desired Characteristics Main locations are Bracknell and Milan, however the Project Manager will be responsible for pan Eur ...
