Reporting to the Workout&Credit Recovery Team Leader, You will be responsible for the management of the entire workout process ensuring that risks are controlled and specific actions taken by the borrower to protect GE Capital Interbanca assets and sustain business growth. Essential Responsibilities As Senior Workout Specialist for GE Capital Italy You will be responsible to: Monitor and assess the performance of assigned accounts that represent a severe credit risk for the Portfolio: Identify the risks and solutions, negotiate and restructure the company balance sheet when necessary. Develop the restructuring strategy for distressed accounts. Act as board observer, where relevant, on the borrower’s board and discuss operational, financial, management or any other issue impacting the balance sheet and the level of risk for the Bank. Build relationship with the borrower’s senior management team, shareholders, and other syndicate members through regular meetings, and participate in the Bank presentation. Engage with court appointed persons and other regulatory bodies potentially involved in a restructuring.
