As part of the expansion of our Web Intelligence team, we are looking for a bright candidate who will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior on YOOX Group websites. The candidate will work in close contact with the Web Marketing and CRM teams with the objective of providing valuable information on user behavior trends. In particular, his or her duties will include: · optimizing the conversion rate of YOOX Group websites; · involvement in defining a/b testing scenarios by identifying areas of improvement and proposing interface changes; · developing analysis of specific issues, the results of which will be grouped into a series of best practices that other company areas may use. Requirements: The ideal candidate has a degree in economics or statistics and has at least five years of experience with web analytics or market research. He or she has a passion for analyzing data especially in connection with the Web and knows how to deal with complex data structures.
