Job Description    Provide cross-functional, operational and logistical management of the assigned projects or family of projects under the Operational Excellence umbrella. Act as the “Chief Operational Officer” to the Project Lead. May act in place of project Lead ad interim 1.With expert knowledge in project management tools/processes guides project team to come in on time, budget and target. 2.Act as the “Chief Operational Officer” for the assigned project. Establish an effective team and ensure team performance is actively managed and maintained 3.Contributes to the overall project strategy with regards to content and especially feasibility considerations 4.Ensure timely execution of project plans as agreed during team meetings. Negotiate and influence timelines of functional areas to keep projects on track, when necessary. 5.Establish and implement processes to ensure cross-functional alignment of project plans. 6.Anticipate/identify issues and potential bottlenecks and propose solutions and contingency plans.
