We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Electronic Hardware Senior Engineer to join our Engineering Center of Excellence and EMEA Appliance Headquarters based in Milan. The main job scope of the position is:   Design the hardware of electronic control boards for the Appliance industry in collaboration with the Shanghai Engineering Center resources Define the specifications and manage the modifications / validations with the customer Be the project and customer Hardware interface on all electronic projects, as well as a key contributor to the technologies roadmaps   Requirements and skills needed include: Design the hardware of all control boards including the architecture, the specific algorythms Coordinate the activities of the HW engineers in Shanghai Engineering Center to deliver the right hardware to the customers Define and follow-up the hardware test plan Ensure the hardware/prototypes deliveries are done on time and in compliance with the agreed specifications Work with Supply chain to select the components and the supplier and to provide an optimized quoted BOM Define and follow-up the components qualifications game plan Implement the Global Engineering processes related to HW design Participate to the pre-study phase directly with the customer and with the mar ...
