Rattachement hiérarchique : Project Services Manager Missions : •Perform estimating data gathering and support process to collect, assess and normalize all cost estimates and actual cost performance from contracts available in house in order to develop metrics and cost database for future use or for supporting benchmarking input; •Review and assess the accuracy and completeness of estimates developed by others for those projects; •Coordinate the development and implementation of the Work and Estimate breakdown structures; •Prepare early phase project estimates as well as building blocks scenarios and conceptual cases; •Prepare Estimate plans and Estimate final reports to document the estimate; •Present and defend client estimates at workshops with third parties (partners, peer reviewers, etc); •Prepare Cost Estimate specific requirements and procedures to contractors; •Follow up, Review, validate, assemble and integrate total installed cost estimates prepared and submitted by contractors against Project methodology and Procedures; •Identify uncertainty and apply appropriate allowances as well as support input to probabilistic cost analysis; •Benchmark estimates against historical performance, industry norms and KPIs; Formation : Engineering degree minimum.
