To support regional Sales Account managers, Business Development managers, Partners and End Users with all technical aspects of system specification and design To deliver technical training primarily in Italy and on occasion throughout EMEA Secondary To be a key part of an EMEA technical support team based in Italy providing technical support to authorised Partners and strategic End Users in italy and throughout EMEA Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Provide pre-sales technical support for Partners, End Users and Sales Account Managers Product selection and system design verification to assist account managers with quote and tender responses Technical support for project field trials Assist with Trade Show products and demonstrations Provide technical feedback to the product management team Secondary Responsibilities Provide technical support to EMEA Authorised Partners via telephone and email Deliver training classes to EMEA Authorised Partners Continually strive to maintain an acceptable level of open support cases Attend Authorised Partner sites in EMEA Act as a bridge between Engineering and Sales departments Candidate Profile Technical ability – IP networking and IT literate – a huge amount of our customer contact is technical-related.
