As a Sales Manager in our Local Business Unit Network Management, you will beresponsible for selling products and systems for Substation Automation Products,Substation Automation Systems and Utility Communications. The focus is toincrease sales in a given territory, without cannibalizing on existing ABBbusiness. You will close cooperate with the local sales organization, as well asthe global ABB units supplying systems and products to the same market, havingdirect end customer contacts, and EPC´s working in the area. You will setstrategy for a complex market, oversees sales planning and ensure alignment ofsales strategies with corporate growth objectives.   You will drive growth areas (geographical/segment/channels), growth strategies, & market approach as well as sales of products and systems within the three system groups. You will coordinate activities with the local ABB organization and influence decisions that have major impact on region’s sales, market share, and financial results.Further more, you will advise customers, including senior management, on ABB’s capabilities, technology, and applications for products and systems and you will work with customers and ABB experts to resolve complex technical and business issues.
