In this role the candidate will manage the activities related to the generation and maintaining GE O&G Repair Standards as well Responsible for Technical Productivity Projects and will be the reference point inside a cross functional Team composed by Machine Designers, Material Process Engineers, Productivity Analysts and Repair Network Shops. Essential Responsibilities The Standardization and Optimization Engineer will: Manage and issue the technical documentation related to the Repair of O&G Machine and Items; Manage and issue standard documentation for the Repair Shops; Drive and generate new productivity ideas; Manage the implementation of technical productivity projects; Provide assistance and support to Engineering team about Repair Technical Regulations and Standards; Support the Policy 6.0 and Repair Catalog Teams from a Technical perspective; Have the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning; Manage the long term planning for the assigned Job and lead project milestones fulfillment; Manage and Attend meetings with internal Customers and Stakeholders; Create connection with cross functional teams.
