  Purpose You lead the human resources and change management in providing professional HR services/advice/ change management to our European organization in line with business needs and linked to the global HR strategy. You support managers, by providing proactive services on critical People Development Programs, talent management, performance review, salary review, recruitment, restructuring and those HR Programs which require management ownership, including program introduction, coaching and counseling and site communications.   Principal Accountabilities Ø       Lead, drive, and own HR change management activities and programs in Europe based on business strategy Ø       Drive key projects in Europe involving HR matters such as restructuring project, transfer of know how Ø       Be the main point of contact for HR related matters to the directors of Europe Ø       Ensure proper coordination of HR activities with the European HR colleagues in Textile Effects (TE) and ensure full coordination with the satellites sites to implement or drive objectives for TE associates where HR responsibility is with another lead business Ø       Own the European HR budget, own the restructuring personnel cost and savings, and any other financials matters spec ...
