Position: Mission Define and implement HR recruiting and development strategy aiming at achieving business objectives through efficient organizations and appropriate development and recruiting initiatives. Essential duties and responsibilities •       Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management, development, recruiting and staffing •       Assist Store Managers in developing teams and implementing effective organization in order to achieve business objectives •       Guide the yearly performance and potential evaluation implementing development plans and building succession plans. •        Define sourcing strategies and build strong relationships with target business schools and MBAs •        Manage and develop direct report staffing (two HR Generalist) •        Manage and control departmental expenses within agreed budgets •        Be proactive in upgrading and developing HR practices, stimulating new ideas and sharing best practices    Profile: Requirements •       Minimum 7 years seniority in HR with managerial experience •        Ideally 360° HR experience (human resources management, personnel development, recruiting and staffing, payroll, compensation and benefit, labour relations man ...
