Precision Machining TE Leader Description  Mission: Reports directly to SQ&D manager with team performance metrics in line with G&Os Lead a team of multi-location SQ&D or/and Technical experts. Management of NPI Launches, Resourcing and Continuous Quality Improvement plans with Suppliers and Monitor progress. Owns full accountability for supplier oprerational performances Assures that purchased materials and components meet the Honeywell TS Quality requirements Manage the Quality/Technical activities taking place between the Launch SQ teams and the Suppliers on new programs launches Develop Continuous Quality Improvement plans with Suppliers and Monitor progress Lead rapid problem solving methodology and corrective action implementation with suppliers Conduct Quality System and Process Audits at suppliers Specific duties: Deployment of DFM guidelines and Technical process audits. Define & deploy best practice and PFMEA across regions. Coaching the SQ&D on Manufacturing process and Quality Systems Qualify External Process Capability and Capacity for New Product Introductions/HLRR - PPAP/Run@Rate Manage supplier APQP requirements in getting proper Quality documentation and adherence to customer specific standards Support PEP Phase Exit 1-8 (ISC Tech for 1-4 and Launch SQ for 5-8) ...
