This role is a senior position within the EMEA O&T management team and the Italy franchise, reporting to the Western Europe O&T head and matrix to the Italy CCO. The successful candidate should be able to leverage cross functional experience to be able to build strong business partnerships with a focus on accountability and contribution to market value through identification, development and implementation of specific and functional business improvement opportunities. The incumbent will be responsible for the oversight and co-ordination of a team (SFS and TTS Operation, Technology, Global Corporate Services) of approximately 6 direct and 7 matrix O&T staff in Italy.
