Role Summary/Purpose In this role he/she will be focused on the management of operations related to IR&D/New Technology Introduction (NTI) and New Production Introduction (NPI) budgets and metrics for the Advanced Technology Organization (ATO), moreover he/she will support the leader in integrating and developing processes that meet business needs across the organization. Essential Responsibilities The New Technology Introduction Operations Engineer will: Manage IR&D/NTI programs in close collaboration with the Technical Leader or System Engineer in establishing/modifying/monitoring project requirements in terms of planning, timing, cost and resources and support groups to meet/exceed business objectives and goals; Promote process harmonization and consistency with D&P and Turbomachinery. Close collaboration with the Global Engineering Operation team to support metrics and activities tracking in ATO; Monitor and track the program’s progress to comply with the requirements; Monitor ATO budget and TG timing, working in close collaboration with Finance, PMs and Product Leaders; Set up an Operating framework for regular updates to the ATO leader and managers on operational performance; Manage the ATO operational metrics and reports (spending hours, Tollgates plan update, backlog an ...
