DescriptionThe American Express Loyalty Program, Membership Rewards (MR), is one of the leading Reward Programs in the Italian marketplace. Membership Rewards is designed to enhance brand loyalty by cultivating an ongoing relationship between Proprietary Card products and our Card member. With hundreds of thousands members, including Consumers, Small Businesses and Corporate Card members, the Membership Rewards team is responsible for effectively managing the cost of the Program while driving Card-member engagement.This position is responsible for supporting the Membership Rewards team to drive sustainable program economics through marketing strategies across the market.
