Milano - Software - Account Manager - Websense

The Mid Market Account Manager is responsible for driving and closing sales across the range of Websense security solutions in accounts of between 250 to 2000 users.  Essential Functions   Create overall development plan for success for territory Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales targets Manage product mix, according to agreed business aims Sell new solutions to existing Websense customers and to net new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and through internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction Provide timely follow up, closure and tracking of all identified opportunities Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods Provide regular business pipeline reports/forecasts for all business developed and closed Work closely with appropriate channel partners to develop & close business opportunities Provide quotations/pricing to the distributor Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information including forecast held in these systems  Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform business du ...
