Position: Manages and supports all potential and existing licences by serving as the primary liaison with all licensees for the creation, development and marketing processes related to the licensed products. Assures the day to day relationships with all licensees. Supervises licensing operations. Work closely with various EP’s internal departments to ensure cohesive support for licensed products. Business development: analysing and proposing new licensing opportunities, follows new market developments Elaborates the Collection Plan in cooperation with the licensee and with EP’s style / product department. Researches and analyses market opportunities for new / existing products developments. Helps to identify customer needs and expectations.   Profile: · More than 5 years related experience · Excellent organisational and time-management skills. · Strong communication, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills. · Brand / product management background. International business experience. · Good knowledge of the Market, open to frequent travels, nationals and internationals. · Ability to manage different tasks simultaneously. · Ability to work well in a team environment with various internal departments. · Very good knowledge of the English language. · Good knowled ...
