Role Summary/Purpose This role will be measured on its customer relationship and the ability to produce financial and operating results for the Contractual Service business. Each Contract Performance Manager (CPM) will be required to work independently to manage long-term service agreements. CPMs are co-located with their respective customer and be responsible for delivering high quality customer solutions including new products, outage planning, parts and repair delivery via project management tools. Essential Responsibilities The role includes ownership of the customer relationship and ability to meet internal GE objectives. The CPM has to manage all aspects of Contractual Service Agreements (CSA) including P&L, Customer Service, Technical Support, etc. for sites in north Italy. The Lead Contract Performance Manager will: Interface with ITO and Risk teams for new customer opportunities; Execute contract obligations to achieve Financial Operating Plan; Order / track / validate Billing for major/minor maintenance parts and services requested by the customer; Cost or financial data collection and reconciliation; Provide information and drive sales regarding the latest advancements in conversion, modification, and upgrade opportunities to owner & as well as other up selling opportu ...
