Our client is a leading company of the chemicals field and environmental protectionThe role, reporting to Regional Personnel Manager, will be responsible for the following activities: - Performance Management; - Employee relations/communications and Industrial and Labor Relations; - Contract Management; - Supervision of payroll department; - Development, mantainance and strenghten company relationships with the trade union movement, including regional networks and individual trade unions representing workers and of the Management of these relationships through constructive and critical dialogue that ensures the company obtains feedback from trade unions on its work in hired labour situations; - Building of awareness for workers' rights and tradeunion issues within the company on a generic basis (eith particular regard to the need for an understanding of respective roles and responsibilities and the need for complementary activities) but also taking account of specific national and product sector issues; - Become an internal coordinator and guidance for local manager on the field, Guarantee the standardisation of local processes and procedures and manage layoffs and mobility lists.The ideal Candidate, with Degree in Law, has the following skills: - Solid human resourses experience ...
