As part of the Southern Leadership Team, this newly created role (based in Milan, with movement across Southern Europe) will provide senior level support to the business by planning, creating, shaping and implementing external and internal communications across multiple markets. This involves close relationships with the Regional Manager, two Marketing Directors, the Finance Director and the General Managers for Iberia and France.This role requires a high level of credibility and very strong interpersonal skills to support the implementation of internal and external communications initiatives, as well as Government Affairs and Consumer Relations in-market.External CommunicationsThe job holder will:• provide strategic counsel on communication and will be responsible for strategic PR planning• represent a key external face of Consumer Healthcare and be responsible for shaping and implementing proactive brand, corporate and trade communications at a local market level • hire and jointly, with marketing, manage local PR agencies• build and retain strong relationships with in-market health, consumer, financial and trade media and serve as a media spokesperson where required• protect, promote and enhance the reputation of the business and brands and provide counsel to the lea ...
