The Sr Mgr Marketing Analysis will be responsible for strengthening and leading the analytics function at Venere aimed to deliver actionable insights, analyses and recommendations that shape and inform the company’s daily ecommerce function in addition to its long-term growth and optimization strategy. He/she will be the subject matter expert and advocate best practices and around web analytics, conversion optimization, program/site measurement, multivariate testing, channel performance, supply quality and so on.The primary responsibilities of the Sr Mgr, Marketing Analysis are: - Utilize deep analytical data to develop a 36o view of the organization - Support both site optimization and marketing channel performance analysis - Develop a team of analysts able to both respond to business needs, as well as analyze multiple data sources to spot important trends and support/influence decision making - Manage Multi Variant Testing initiatives, balancing effectively data accuracy and commercial acumen As a business- facing position requiring experience in managing enterprise platforms for analytic solution, the Sr Mgr Marketing Analysis is constantly striving for generating key insights for the business in a fast pace and highly volatile environment.Key Areas of ResponsibilityDefine a ...
