The R&D department is seeking a talented Hardware/Software engineer able to design and validate electronic products used in industrial/utilities applications. The major responsibilities of this position are to: Develop innovative electronics solutions, based on embedded systems for a new range of products Work on assigned modules: design, software engineering, implementation, code review, unit and system testing Provide technical liaison with external partners, mainly in charge of hardware design, being able to drive their work, from specifications to product engineering Generate all documentation required in the software development process, including product specifications, software design descriptions, User Interface requirements and design, verification and validation plans Assume the project leadership for selected projects, being accountable for time/cost/manufacturability and quality of the resulting product.
