Manage Project Execution and deliverables within assigned facilities including decision making to ensure both ITT Goulds & customers best interests are protected. Leads each local Contract/Project Manager and has a higher authority level with access to other Facility functions and information to meet customer contract needs and expectations. Act as the customer single point of contact interpreting customer purchase data into ITT Goulds pumps internal specs. And executable orders. Release major buyouts as outlined in each Facility procedures as appropriate/needed. Provide customer & ITT Goulds management with weekly schedule status reports as required, using similar formats between Facilities. Coordinate with Contract/Project Managers of each participating ITT Facility and hold functional areas accountable for supporting project milestone schedules – weekly meetings. Manage Order Entry, Engineering & Design Engineering schedules and milestones in support of customer and operational commitments. Manage Document Control schedules in support of customer commitments.
