Role Summary/Purpose As a GE Field Engineer, you will utilize professional engineering practices and thought processes to increase customer’s productivity and resolve power system and process control issues. As part of a dynamic team, you will develop practical and innovative ways to identify and troubleshoot technical challenges. STRONG CANDIDATE IDENTIFIED Essential Responsibilities The Field Service Engineer - Industrial Solutions will: Prepare and complete service works for Low and Medium Voltage Equipment (Switchgears, Motor Control Centers, Power Centers, Customized LV Panels, Low Voltage Air Circuit Breakers, etc); Be charged of inspection and preliminary checks; Be charged of testing; Repair and maintenance (diagnose issues and repair GE Equipment); Be charged of modifications, Upgrades and expansions; Be charged of Installation and Commissioning; Provide 24x7 technical support if needed; Be charged of site visits and surveys for Equipment status check; Timely disposition of: Measuring and test devices tools; Commissioning/testing/service intervention spare material; Technical project documentation; Correct and contract-compliant execution of service works; Take over and complete jobs in full compliance with business and EHS procedures, observance of regulations for wor ...
