Overview of the Position Overview of the Position: • Coordinate and lead shipping Dpt. for the site; • Drive the packing activity of the products ready to be delivered to customers • Manage the inbound/outbound flows of the plant in coordination with Global Logistic Manager; • Crosscheck and monitor the service level of logistic suppliers in coordination with Global Logistic Manager; • Support Finance team during audit on Export procedures; • Assure the respect of export control rules in coordination Global Logistic manager; • Management of export documents(C of O doc, Ex1, Eur 1) • Act as key contact person for PM and shipping department for all activities related to export doc (Letter of Credit, warranty, VAT…); • Crosscheck the invoicing flow of logistic suppliers Education & Languages English fluently spoken is mandatory.
