Role Summary/Purpose The Country Sales Manager UPS will drive growth within our Power Quality business in Italy, leading a team of Sales Managers UPS. Essential Responsibilities Expand the market position of GE’s UPS Business in the respective Country. Leading the existing sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth through the implementation of an indirect / flow sales approach in addition to the current project sales focus. Working closely with the relevant Digital Energy Commercial Operations and Services leaders, you will oversee all operations in-country to manage the wing-to-wing relationship with the UPS customer (including service offering and back-office support). The Country Sales Manager UPS - Italy will: Be responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Managers to drive sales of UPS Systems and associated services in respective country, ensuring that customer strategies are understood and followed through by all team members; Be responsible for ensuring your team achieves orders, sales and margin targets as well as managing budget commitments; Accelerate the sales in the existing market sectors, develop and manage personally new Key Accounts as well as building a network of Power Quality resellers (channel partners)Develop and successfully execut ...
