Role description   Manage autonomously the process and content of TurboCare S.p.A.‘s budgeting and cost controlling workstream, prepare operational review analyses, report to and discuss the results with the entity management and Business Unit Operations CFO. Further develop and implement the Controlling instruments and standard analysis.   The Controller reports directly to TurboCare SpA’s CFO   Responsibility - Elaborate Budget according to entity management’s indications and assumptions - Elaborate Hourly Rates in entity ERP system - Periodic Cost Center Analysis - Conducting Periodic Operational Reviews (Analysis of Other Cost of Goods Sold, Labor Rates by Product / Service - Periodic Analysis and Reporting of significant cost categories - Analysis of indirect cost by product and service line - Analysis of investment proposal and preparation of approval requests to the Business Unit TurboCare.   Knowledge/experience- At least 5 years relevant experience as a Controller in a production environment (preferably in medium sized international entities) - Strong knowledge of standard controlling instruments (methods) - Strong command of the English language, fluent in italian - Previous work experience with SAP R/3 a strong advantage   Personal Skills  - Self starter, s ...
