What will be your role? As Director of a country cluster within the Operations Cluster, you ensure the timely delivery of a high-level outsourcing service to NGA clients and to maintain and develop good relationships between the company and the client at all times. You will be accountable for maintaining and improving the quality and service of the cluster’s business in alignment with global standards while focusing on continuously reducing costs and supporting revenue growth for existing and new business. The Director will also be responsible for the implementation of best practice Operations methodologies and for implementing and translating operational strategies.   As a member of the company management team, the Cluster Operations Director has to respect and carry out the company objectives, procedures and guidelines. It is the duty of the Cluster Operations Director to make sure the department also respects those objectives & procedures, and to communicate all important company or business information to the employees.   The Cluster Operations Director is also the overall people manager of the operations department within the country cluster.
