The Business Development Manager develops a single comprehensive mid to long term Business Development Strategy plan to make the TAA software activities grow within Europe. This requires an excellent understanding of how growth objectives can be accomplished through the existing portfolio of products and services and the evaluation of build, buy and partner options. Evaluation of opportunities encompasses all aspects of the company or product including financial strength, market and product strength, technology, growth potential, legal and business risks and issues, and integration. With respect to acquisitions, he/she supports the due diligence processes, together with the countries. He/she will also assist with divestitures. Job Profile Business Development Manager (Tax And Accounting [TAA] Europe)Location: Working from one of the European countries (preferably from one of our operating units: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and Scandinavia).Reports to: Henri Van Engelen, Regional Managing Director TAA Europe.
