He/She will contribute to the management of the global GE Oil & Gas quality audit programme to support Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and effectiveness, including planning, scheduling, performance monitoring, executing the audits in a documented way and follow-up/verification of nonconformities until effective resolution. Essential Responsibilities The Audit Program Manager will: Engage strong cross-functional/organizational relationships within GE Oil & Gas and GE Energy to drive one single effective and sustainable QMS, acting as key expert and guide for GE Oil & Gas quality community on QMS, quality topics and quality standard interpretations; Coordinate all the audit process activities per the established procedures, maintain up to date the required documentation, produce the expected audit results/deliverables and report them effectively to business leadership up to top management; Monitor the audit process performance and drive improvements – including tool enhancements - across all GE Oil & Gas; Train and coach the auditors and the lead auditors in order to build and feed a strong and robust auditor pipeline; Lead QMS continuous improvement initiatives and provide guidance to the Quality/QMS Leaders to perform trending/analysis, to identify quality compliance ...
