RESPONSIBILITIES (Major Duties) Act as a representative of GPS EMEA in the region. Be the GPS EMEA resource in support of new or changing processes or core initiatives in the region. Audit existing processes and practices for efficiencies in the region to asssist in Best Practise indentification. Be part of the team in collaboration effort to standardize Best Practises. Prepare high level reports and recommendations to GPS Regional Director on audit results. Support and/or lead regional initiatives as directed Establish and mantain excellent working relationships and a positive work ethic with other groups within Oracle Manage assigned staff in region who work in support of the GEO. Manage Security Contracts (guarding, alarm follow up, key holding, shredding) in region to ensure contract compliance and Service Level Agreements are mantained.
