The Affiliate Marketing Manager manages Amazon's Associate program in Italy towards specific business goals. He or she will be responsible for:Growing the Associate channel against challenging revenue goals Controlling spend and devise ways of spending more efficiently Providing strategic and tactical leadership to business owners Developing relationships with large affiliates to grow our common business Recruiting new large-scale partners Managing new partner integration to ensure effective launch Initiating and managing technical integration with Associates via such tools as data feeds and APIs Initiating and managing projects specific to Italy as well as across the EU Contributing to the annual financial planning exercise Basic Qualifications Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners and making tradeoffs against business priorities. Excellent organizational and data analysis skills; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets. Excellent written and oral communication skills; at ease when dealing with senior management. Demonstrated ability to work with global technology and business teams. High attention to detail.
